Course Description
Medium Tree Felling training is designed for experienced chainsaw operators who need to safely fell and process larger trees beyond the scope of small tree felling. This advanced ground-based course builds on existing chainsaw and felling knowledge, focusing on trees over 380mm in diameter. Learners develop the skills required to plan felling operations, apply advanced cutting techniques, and manage risks associated with larger timber. Ideal for arborists, forestry workers, and land-based contractors, this qualification supports safe, efficient working practices and prepares candidates for higher-risk felling environments.
